Manual Dynamic Agitation is simple — but not simplistic.

A well-fitted gutta-percha cone, used intentionally, can improve irrigant movement inside the canal and enhance cleaning after instrumentation.

It won’t replace ultrasonic activation.

But in daily practice, it remains a useful and accessible tool.

The difference is not the technique itself —
it’s how precisely it is applied.

Επανεπέμβαση στο #26. 🤩 Ο δεύτερος εγγύς παρειακός σωλήνας εντοπίστηκε με τη βοήθεια του μικροσκοπίου.

Retreatment of UL6. ΜB2 was located and treated with the aid of a dental microscope.

🔧Used a mix of rotaries + NaOCl 5.25% 💪 + EDTA 17% + ultrasonic activation🌀+ manual dynamic irrigation.
Sealed with bioceramic sealer

Ενδοδοντική θεραπεία σε κάτω τρίτο γομφίο (48) με λεπτές και κεκαμμένες ρίζες. 🤩
Μήκος εργασίας 22 mm — το δόντι έπρεπε να διατηρηθεί ώστε να χρησιμοποιηθεί ως ακραίο στήριγμα γέφυρας.

Endodontic treatment of lower second molar (48) with curved and narrow roots.
Working length 22 mm — treated for prosthetic reasons.

📌 Coronal third was preflared to prevent mishaps.
🔧HyFlex OGSF + NaOCl 5.25% 💪 + EDTA 17% + ultrasonic activation🌀+ manual dynamic irrigation.
Sealed with CWC technique (AH plus)
