From severe wear to a confident smile!
This patient presented with advanced tooth wear, gummy smile, deep bite, bruxism, agenesis of lateral incisors (12, 22) and many years away from dental care.

After detailed planning and consultations, we restored function and aesthetics mainly with conservative adhesive prosthodontics (E.max veneers & overlays), one implant at site 26, and a bridge at site 12 due to limited space.
Digital Smile Design, guided surgery and a long provisional phase led us to the final result. Patient declined to proceed with Ortho before treatment.

A case that shows what modern dentistry and team work can achieve — including transforming tooth 14 into 13 with guided soft tissue surgery and an overlay.
