🦷 Important update from The Grove Dental Practice 🦷

From 1st April, NHS dental charges in Wales are changing. The traditional band system is being replaced with a new structure where charges are based on the treatment you receive — with a maximum cost cap in place.

What this means for you:
👉 The cost of some treatments may change
👉 There will be a clear limit on what you’ll pay overall
👉 Many patients may still be entitled to free NHS dental care

Routine check-ups will now typically be scheduled every 18–24 months, depending on your individual needs.

If you’re unsure how this affects you, our team is always here to help and guide you through your options.
