Most people enjoy either a cup of coffee or a cup of tea, especially early on a morning! But how can you minimize the chance of these drinks from staining your teeth?

Heather our wonderful hygienist has offered some useful tips on how you can do this!

✨Drink a glass of water after having a cup of tea or coffee
✨Maintain good oral hygiene at home by brushing twice per day, flossing and/or using dental TePe brushes
✨Adding milk to these drinks can also minimize staining effects
✨Having regular appointments at the hygienist to maintain a happy and healthy smile!
