🦷 LIMITED NHS AVAILABILITY 🦷

We currently have limited availability for 50 new NHS patients to join our practice on a first come first serve basis.

How to join the practice:

▪️Visit the practice between the hours of 10am - 1pm or 2pm - 4pm ( unfortunately, we will not be able to accept new patients outside of these hours )

▪️Fill out a medical history form ( please bring any relevant information that will be needed, e.g. your GP’s name and address, a list of current medications etc )

📋 Medical history forms can either be filled out in practice there and then, or taken away as long as they are returned within a week — we cannot accept forms returned after this deadline.

📆 Unfortunately, due to overwhelming demand, if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment we will not be able to rebook you as an NHS patient.

❌📞 Please bear in mind we will NOT be accepting any phone calls or emails in regards to new patients — you must attend the practice.

🦷 LIMITED NHS CHILDREN AVAILABILITY - UNDER 18’S ONLY 🦷

We are pleased to announce that we can currently take on a limited amount of NHS patients under the age of 18, at a first come first served basis - unfortunately we have no availability for over 18’s at this moment in time.

To make an appointment please visit the practice and see one of our reception team to fill out a medical history form, please bring any relevant information that will be needed, e.g. your child’s GP’s name and address, a list of current medications, and allergies etc. All medical history forms will need to be completed within practice.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any phone calls or emails regarding this.

We currently have an NHS locum dentist available for patients who have attended the practice in the last two years but do not currently have an NHS dentist.

If this could be you, please contact the practice and speak to one of our reception team who can advise accordingly.

Unfortunately, we are still not able to take on any new NHS patients. This is for existing patients only who have attended the practice in the last two years.
