Having anything at top quality is expensive, but lowering the cost of treatments can make them more accessible, so more people can benefit.

I stand by my belief that the position of the teeth, and the shape matters far more than the material and the colour (for aesthetics).

More important than the teeth is the relationship here, this guy is just a great guy, and we end up talking for hours about guitars!!

He thought that financially this treatment would be out of his reach, but he was surprised after our consultation. It's still expensive, and a big decision... But it's achievable :)

Yes, dental implants are expensive, yes, you can get them for 27p in other countries, yes one missing back tooth isn't a problem. But if I was missing a back tooth, I would definitely prioritise its replacement. But then I'm also the kind of person who prioritises health!

These gaps developed in the last few years. This is how gum disease shows its head - teeth start to move around, and you start getting longer teeth, and gaps where you never did before!

Now, what is really great here is that this gentleman traveled from another country to see us, but he wanted the best long term care, rather than the quick fix. We ended up replacing all the top teeth with dental implants, and some of the lowers.

At the time of treatment, we did some specialist gum treatment on a lot of the lower teeth, so that now, they are healthy, and he has all the benefits of keeping some of his own teeth.

Naturally, the implants used were premium quality, and the gum around them looks amazing (unfortunately not many people want to see that bit!)
