The big majority of my work is ZR and Lithium disilicate but there are cases where patients and clients ask for MC - in this instance opposing restorations were in the past made with metal occlusions so I was asked to replicate -
I have tested Revo to near destruction and it’s never failed - very stable due to its high feldspatic make up - shade and value does not change even with multiple firings ( slow cool to 400 degrees - this was Skillbond milled CC)- no bubbling - and everything can be reproduced using 33 jars - A shades can be made using the starter kit - 9 jars plus opaque and liquids .

New Ceramic launch -
Myself and small group of GC KOL’s were asked help develop ‘Revo’ to bring Metal Ceramic into a working method similar to ZR concepts - using only 33 powders we can now copy anything we find in the mouth with a simple cost effective and with minimum waste In packaging and low stock system - The base ceramic is also a big improvement having a higher feldspar content makes it very stable ready for staining and final skin layer as we do for ZR microlayering - I will be demonstrating this system at DTS on GC booth and Skillbond - hope to meet you there .
