🙏💖 Breast cancer awareness month 🙏💖

This week, I’m honoured to introduce Kate: clinical psychologist, mum, breast cancer survivor, nature lover, adventure seeker and founder of Women & Wild. 💗

Cancer became part of Kate’s story, but it was never the whole of it. In the face of everything she went through, she found a way to carry her passion for helping others forward. She created Women & Wild, drawing on her love of nature and adventure to build something she could share with others, whilst being a wonderful mom.

There is real strength in what Kate has done: not pretending that difficult experiences are easy, but finding a way to let them shape something meaningful. Her story reminds us that life after a diagnosis can hold courage, connection and new beginnings—alongside all the feelings and challenges that come with it.

Kate, thank you for sharing your story and for the care and inspiration you bring to others. 💗

I am incredibly proud that Reindeer Court Dentalis sponsoring the Best Dressed Guest award at the Worcestershire Breast Unit Haven’s Perfectly Pink Ball 2026. 💗✨

This wonderful charity provides vital care, comfort and support to people affected by breast cancer and their families.

The cause is especially close to my heart, as my sister-in-law sadly lost her life to breast cancer in her early forties. Although she was one of the unlucky ones, so many people survive—and the compassionate support they receive throughout their journey makes an enormous difference.

Fashion and Best Dressed competitions are a true passion of mine, so it is very special to bring together passion, smiles and style for such a meaningful cause. 💃👗🎀

The breast cancer awareness month 💖🙏

This week, I want to celebrate Kiran: a woman whose strength, courage and love shine through even the hardest chapters. 💖🙏

Five years ago, cancer changed her family’s world in a moment. This year , they are marking an extraordinary milestone: five years post-cancer and the end of her treatment.

The journey has asked so much of Kiran, yet she has continued to be an amazing wife, a devoted mum and a dedicated consultant ENT surgeon. Her courage is not just in what she has faced, but in the way she has kept showing up for the people she loves and for the life she has worked so hard to build.

Kiran, reaching this milestone is something to be deeply proud of. May the years ahead bring you the joy, health and happiness you deserve. Your story is a powerful reminder that hope can carry us through the darkest times. You are an inspiration to so many. 💕

This Breast Cancer Awareness Month💖🙏.

I’m hoping to share an inspirational story each week. First, I’d like to share Anna’s—a story of courage, generosity and hope.( I have a permission from her to share the photos and the inspirational story).

Anna was in her early thirties ;-(( when she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She faced surgery and chemotherapy, and days that asked more of her than anyone should have to give. Through it all, she kept going.

But Anna’s story is about more than what she endured. She donated her hair to charity and took part in the Bald Project calendar, helping raise money and awareness. 🙌🍀💖. Even whilst facing her own difficult journey, she found ways to support others. 👏👏👏

That is the kind of strength that stays with you: not having to feel brave every moment, but continuing to care, give and make a difference through the hardest times.

Sadly she has told me that she is still a fighter - the cancer has come back and it is not treatable . However she is stronger than ever, looking after her young children and inspires others ❤️🌹

Anna, thank you for letting me share your story. Your generosity and spirit are an inspiration, and I hope you know how much your example means to others. 💗

🌸A truly special moment

Yesterday, one of our lovely patients surprised the team with these beautiful flowers following her few months treatment.

She told us that we had changed her life and, as she cried tears of happiness, there was hardly a dry eye among us. Her thoughtful gesture touched every member of our team more than words can express.

This is why we do what we do. Dentistry is not simply about treating teeth—it is about restoring confidence, comfort and the freedom to smile again.

To our wonderful patient: thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your beautiful flowers, your kindness and, most importantly, for trusting us with your care. Seeing you so happy is the greatest gift we could receive. 💐🦷💚

✝️ Today, we Bulgarians celebrate the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross.

The Bupa Dental Conference delivered on every level! 💙

From inspiring lectures and practical clinical learning to reconnecting with friends and colleagues from across the profession, it was a brilliant couple of days packed with knowledge, networking, and plenty of smiles.

Events like these remind us why dentistry is such a rewarding profession. Thank you to everyone involved in making it such a fantastic conference.
