Broadway Dental Surgery We are a family-run dental practice providing, Private, Denplan and NHS Dental Care in Woodhall Spa.

We have an in house Endodontist and Orthodontist
We also offer hygiene services 5 days / week. Broadway Dental Surgery is a caring, family-run dental practice providing high quality, private and NHS dental care in heart of the beautiful village of Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire. We offer all types of dental treatment, including Composite Bonding, veneers, teeth whitening. Our in-house hygienists provide private hygiene appointments.

Running an NHS Dental Practice is often akin to trudging through treacle.
In the last financial year, patients have received NHS dental care at our practice and simply not paid their NHS charges to the tune of £20,000. This is unsustainable.

Our staff are trying to re-cover these fees, please help us in continuing to deliver this service by ensuring that you have settled your charges.

Our practice policy is no further appointments unless previous applicable fees have been settled.

📢 **Missed Appointments & Late Cancellations**

So far in June we have lost **47 hours of clinical time** due to 198 missed appointments and late cancellations. These appointments could have been offered to other patients waiting to be seen.

Please remember:

🔹 Cancellations made with **less than 24 hours' notice** are classed as a late cancellation.

🔹 Patients with **more than two missed appointments and/or late cancellations** may not be offered further NHS appointments.

🔹 For **private appointments**, a DNA (Did Not Attend) fee may be charged at the clinician's discretion.

📧 We no longer send appointment reminder texts. Reminders are sent by **email**, so please ensure we have your current email address and check your inbox regularly.
