The . Minimalist. Ministry was a genuine disruptor challenging conventional thinking, questioning the status quo, and bringing together leaders who aren’t afraid to have honest conversations about the future of dentistry.

It was a privilege to join the Corporate Panel and share my perspective on building sustainable businesses without losing sight of what matters most: our patients, our people, and our purpose.

The best innovation isn’t always about doing more sometimes it’s about doing better.

Thank you to , .jmartindentist and Dr Dan Shaffer for hosting an incredible event at . This event demonstrated dentistry beyond the chair where I was given the education, tools and support needed to thrive clinically and commercially. I attended seminars on the culture in the workplace, recruitment and retention of staff and AI within the dentistry. It was lovely to
collaborate with past and present colleagues within the profession. Thank you Business of Dentistry!

On behalf of , I was delighted to host HerPractice coffee morning at .

At the outset, I made it clear that we are all on our own trajectory without judgment or competition. As women, we should be uplifting one another as together, we are stronger.

I then outlined the Chatham House rules so that our female attendees could engage in open, honest and vulnerable dialogue. We created a circle of safety and spoke about what we were afraid of, our biggest wins and our biggest struggles.

We also addressed the weight we carry from team dynamics, motherhood, marriage, guilt, ambition and loneliness. Yet, we show up unapologetically every day with the aim of building a legacy business.

I then left the attendees with this final sentiment. “Stop waiting for the right time. Make the decision. Back yourself. Lead boldly.”

We all walked away standing a little bit taller and had cemented a local support network.

I would like to give a huge shoutout to and for creating this empowering movement for women to thrive in a business environment.

It’s easy to see the clinical side of dentistry.
What people don’t see is the detail behind the scenes.

We’re not just upgrading a building. We’re shaping the next chapter of Treetops and refining the patient and employee experience.

Designing an environment that feels calm, elevated and intentional.

Treetops is evolving visually, digitally and operationally.
