Some guidelines for our patients when we open our doors:
We will telephone the day before your appointment to complete our COVID-19 questionnaire, update medical history forms and to discuss your appointment.

Please note:

🦷 appointments by prior arrangement only
🦷 doors will remain locked - do not arrive early, please wait in your car or outside until telephoned to come in
🦷 with the exception of children and patients in need of a carer, patients should attend the practice alone
🦷 patients to use hand sanitiser upon arrival and exit of the practice
🦷 temperatures of patients will be taken before entering the building
🦷 patients to come wearing a face covering or face mask if possible or be prepared to wear one
🦷 please bring as few belongings with you as possible - all coats and bags etc will need to be stored in a clean lidded box upon arriving
🦷 maintain the 2 metre social distancing where possible
🦷 please bring your own pen with you to sign any paperwork needed
🦷 payment should be by card where possible. If you can only pay cash this should be the correct amount in a sealed envelope
🦷 follow up call in 14 days of your appointment to check if you have developed covid symptoms within this time so we can take any action needed with our team

We can’t wait to get back to our patients…

The announcement we’ve been waiting for! We welcome the news that we can commence a carefully planned reopening from the 8th June.

We have planned for a phased opening from this date and it goes without saying that we will be prioritising those patients who have been in severe pain during the lockdown period. We do not want to prolong this pain for any longer than is necessary.

At the moment, we will not be carrying out any routine dental appointments (examinations) and will not be carrying out any aerosol generating procedures (fillings, scale and polishes etc) until we have appropriate PPE in place. As you are aware there is a national shortage of PPE and we are busy trying to source supplies.

Our friendly reception team will be taking your telephone enquiries only from Monday 8th June 2020 If you require their assistance, please call us on 01902 780300.

We understand that you will have enquiries and questions, but please do not attend the practice in person, as we will not be able to see you without an appointment just yet whilst we get used to the new ‘normal’.
