The practice is closed for the holiday period on 24th December and will re-open on Thursday 2nd January 2025.

If we are closed and you have a brace which has broken, just to reassure you, it is usually OK to leave until your next appointment, we wouldn’t usually class this as an emergency, so please do not panic. You can see videos posted on the British Orthodontic Society that can help you manage different brace problems: https://www.bos.org.uk/.../Patients-Home-Videos-Repairs

If the brace is broken, you are experiencing pain or discomfort and you have tried following the advice on the BOS link, you can call us for advice and possibly an appointment if happy to travel to our sister branch by telephoning 01993 773807 and speaking to a member of the team there.

All other days and times, please contact NHS 111.

Retainers: If you lose or break a retainer and you have had a scan with us, you can order a new one and have it sent directly to your door over the holiday period, this can be done via Retainers 4 Life who we have partnered with by visiting:
