Bank Holiday Reminder 🦷🌞

Good afternoon, everybody!

We hope you’re all having a fantastic summer! 🫵🎉

🔥 With the heatwaves making their return, we just wanted to offer you some advice to keep yourself and your teeth healthy during these times. 🦷

🍦 If you’re indulging in fizzy drinks or ice lollies to curb the heat, try to have them alongside meals, rather than grazing during the day, to avoid a prolonged acid attack on your enamel. 🍧

🌊 Otherwise, rinsing with water afterward can help to wash away the sugars and acidity, to reduce the harm. 🛡️

Make sure to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated!💧

☀️ We hope you’re enjoying the summer and weather, keep smiling! 😄

Today we had our annual CPR Medical Emergency training with Laura and her dummy Barry!🏥🚑
We were refreshing our knowledge on what to do during different medical emergencies and how to perform compressions and use a defibrillator.

🏆⚽ What a result! England are through after an incredible win over Mexico! 🇬🇧🙌

Just like a winning team, a healthy smile is built on great teamwork too. Whether it's regular check-ups, hygienist visits, or simply keeping up with your daily brushing and flossing, every little step helps you stay on top of your game. 😁

We have plenty of appointment availability over the coming months, so why not get your next check-up booked in? Whether you're due a routine examination or a hygiene appointment, we'd love to help keep your smile match-fit! 🦷✨

Give us a call today to book your appointment – we look forward to seeing you soon!
