🔥 With the heatwaves making their return, we just wanted to offer you some advice to keep yourself and your teeth healthy during these times. 🦷

🍦 If you’re indulging in fizzy drinks or ice lollies to curb the heat, try to have them alongside meals, rather than grazing during the day, to avoid a prolonged acid attack on your enamel. 🍧

🌊 Otherwise, rinsing with water afterward can help to wash away the sugars and acidity, to reduce the harm. 🛡️

Make sure to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated!💧

Today we had our annual CPR Medical Emergency training with Laura and her dummy Barry!🏥🚑
We were refreshing our knowledge on what to do during different medical emergencies and how to perform compressions and use a defibrillator.
