🤍✨ IMPORTANT SALON ANNOUNCEMENT ✨🤍

Just a little reminder to all my lovely clients that Wednesday 14th October will be my last working day before I take some time off to undergo surgery. 🥹🤍

I’ll be home on Thursday 22nd October, but I’ll be taking some much-needed time to rest and recover before I can get back to making you all gorgeous baddies again. 🤭🫶🏽

🎃 HALLOWEEN APPOINTMENTS 🎃

I’m hoping to be back in the salon in time for Halloween week. However, I won’t be confirming my return until the weekend of 24th–25th October, once I’ve had a chance to see how I’m feeling and how my recovery is progressing.

My health and recovery have to come first, so please bear with me while I take things day by day. 🤍

If you currently have an appointment booked but no longer need or wish to keep it, please let me know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so I can offer the appointment to somebody else before I close.

I’ll keep everyone updated regarding my return and any appointment availability.

🩷 PAYMENT UPDATE – FROM 1ST OCTOBER 🩷

Just a little heads-up for all my lovely clients! 🫶🏽

From 1st October, bank transfer will become my preferred payment method for remaining appointment balances at Clo’s Cosmetics.

As a small business, card transaction fees might seem small individually, but over hundreds of payments throughout the year they really do add up. So I’m going to trial encouraging bank transfers to help reduce some of those running costs. 🩷

My usual 50% deposit will still be required when booking to secure your appointment — nothing is changing there.

The remaining 50% balance can then be paid by cash or bank transfer in person at the end of your appointment, before leaving. I’ll have my bank details ready, so it should only take a minute. 📱✨

This isn’t about making things more expensive or inconvenient for my clients — it’s simply a little change I’m trialling to reduce the amount I’m losing to card processing fees throughout the year.

Thank you for always supporting Clo’s Cosmetics. Little changes like this can make a surprisingly big difference to a small business. 🥹🩷
