Let’s keep it simple, honest… and just a little bit cheeky 😉

❌ Myth: “No pain = no problem”
✅ Fact: Many dental issues are silent at first. Regular check-ups help us catch things early — before they become bigger (and noisier!) problems.

❌ Myth: “Brushing harder cleans better”
✅ Fact: A gentle, thorough clean is far more effective. Think precision, not pressure.

❌ Myth: “Mouthwash can replace brushing”
✅ Fact: Mouthwash is a great addition — but it’s not a substitute for brushing and flossing. It should be used at a different time to brushing - not straight after as this removes all the fluoride left by the toothpaste.

❌ Myth: “Sugar is the only cause of cavities”
✅ Fact: It’s actually the acids produced by bacteria that lead to tooth decay. Frequency matters just as much as quantity.

❌ Myth: “Skip the dentist unless something’s wrong”
✅ Fact: Preventative care is always better than reactive treatment. We’re here to keep things on track, not just fix problems.
