Sixteen years in the making.
Two hundred people in one room. One night none of us will forget.
Last Wednesday, we celebrated 16 years of Dental Concepts... and we are still finding the words.
As Shilpa and I sit here reflecting on what has just happened, we are overwhelmed with gratitude.
Over 200 people came together to celebrate, remember, laugh, cry, and, most importantly, to belong. To mark 16 years of Dental Concepts, 16 years of people, purpose, and everything in between.
What started as a dream all those years ago has never really been about dentistry.
It has been about people. It has been about relationships, trust, friendship, kindness, second chances, and the incredible privilege of being part of so many lives and journeys.
Watching our story unfold on screen that evening reminded us how far we have come.
From uncertain beginnings, challenges, setbacks, risks, and sacrifices, to standing in a room filled with people who have believed in us, supported us, worked alongside us, mentored us, and become part of our extended family.
To every patient who placed their trust in our hands.
To every team member, past and present, who gave their energy, commitment, talent, and heart.
To our mentors, friends, family members, business partners, and well-wishers.
To every single person who was in that room last Wednesday.
Thank you.
You reminded us that success is not measured by buildings, awards, or achievements. It is measured by the people whose lives touch yours, and whose lives you have the privilege to touch in return.
The theme of the evening was "Belong."
And that night, more than ever, we felt exactly that.
We belong because of all of you.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being part of our journey, our story, and our family.
This video is our attempt to honour that, to share where we started, what it has taken to get here, and the extraordinary community that has made it all possible.
More photos from the evening are coming very soon. 📸
Here's to the memories we have created together, and to many more yet to come.
With love, gratitude, and humility,
Manish & Shilpa 🤍
