A case where the details really matter 🦷✨

This patient visited the lab for a dedicated shade-matching session and photography, allowing us to carefully assess the natural dentition and plan the restorations.

The case features 3 pressed e.max veneers and a zirconia implant crown from 2–2. One of the biggest challenges in anterior cases like this is achieving a seamless match between zirconia and e.max — not only in shade, but also in translucency, value, surface texture and light reflection.

When different restorative materials meet in the aesthetic zone, communication, photography and careful shade analysis become essential. The goal is simple: make different materials look like they belong together. 🤍

This case highlights a seamless integration of CAD/CAM technology, ceramics, and prosthetics.

Both the acrylic wrap framework for the lower restoration and the milled titanium bar for the upper were fabricated by , ensuring a precise and consistent foundation throughout.

The lower restoration is an acrylic wrap on four implants, featuring teeth and characterized with the staining kit to achieve a natural, lifelike appearance.

The upper restoration is a full-arch zirconia prosthesis on a milled titanium bar, produced using Aizir zirconia and finished with Creation ceramics and stains—bringing together digital accuracy and refined ceramic artistry. 🦷 🔥
