Here are some essential tips for good dental care:
1. 🪥 Brush twice a day using fluoride toothpaste and a soft toothbrush. Replace your toothbrush every 3–4 months.
2. 🧵 Floss daily to remove plaque and food particles between teeth.
3. 🪞 Clean your tongue with a tongue scraper or toothbrush to reduce bacteria and bad breath.
4. 🧃 Limit sugary foods and drinks — they increase the risk of tooth decay.
5. 🥛 Drink plenty of water, especially after meals, to wash away food debris and acids.
6. 🦷 Visit your dentist regularly (every 6 months) for check-ups and professional cleaning.
