It is a sad day at Coniston today! 🥲
After 25 years at the practice, our fabulous nurse, Emma, is moving to another practice within the group. Although it was a tough decision, our sister practice is closer to her home and now that her young daughter is starting school, the move will mean Emma has more time with her family. The team here are incredibly sad to see her go but know she will visit often and that she is moving for all the right reasons! So we won't hold it against her, honest! 😂
