This was an extremely challenging case for several reasons:

Non vital / discoloured teeth

We used composite bonding on 2 teeth only, to make small improvements to the smile. We try to make the alignment a little also. We were limited to the shapes we could create due to the bite, and also the colour. He is aware the best case would be teeth straightening first.

Black triangles (the gaps between the necks of the teeth when the gum shrinks) is common after invisalign treatment. This lady had lovely straight teeth, but disliked the gaps. We applied composite bonding to 2 upper and 2 lower teeth to close the most obvious spaces.
