"Absolute gems all of them.

I have been going to NHS dentists for years (every 6 months) and not had the best of service, also very nervous and panic attacks beforehand. Last year I'd had enough of not being listened to and being in pain on both sides of my mouth from broken and fractured teeth so I voted with my feet and plucked up the courage to go to Rock House.

LINZI: I had 2 large white fillings, one of which was to stabilise a cracked tooth (it did) the other was my choice as it was a big ugly black filling. I then saw Jo who explained how to look after the cracked tooth explaining everything extremely clearly to enable me to basically not panic when I got a twinge !

HANNAH: I had 3 teeth removed. I was offered other options but it was my choice for extraction then partial denture as I'd had years of pain with them, which was why I left my previous dentist.

NEIL. Wonderful Neil. He deserves a very special mention for his patience alone, I was back and forth many times to get the impressions and fit correct.

All the dental nurses are kind and caring and it shows in their work.

Last but no means at all least, the receptionists, always greet you with a smile and friendly hello's, and know who I am as I set foot through the door (Jo) I don't need to check in 😂

It must be a lovely place to work as everyone happy and welcoming.

Bittersweet celebrations for Jess and Kay’s last day.
Jess after 15 years at Rock House is off to travel the world and plans to settle in New Zealand.
Kay after 5 years at Rock House has got a place to study hygiene at Bristol University so will be back!
