😎 JUST BE ME 😎

Behind every clean smile is a hygienist who's probably counting down to a well-earned break 🤍✨

The burnout has been real lately, so I'm having a week off to rest, recharge, and refill my cup 🌿

Here's to slow mornings, fresh air, giving my wrists, neck, back (and brain 😅) the TLC they've been begging for, and coming back feeling like me again 🤞

A little reminder that self-care isn't selfish—it's essential. You can't pour from an empty cup 🤍

Anyone else feeling like they're running on empty lately? 💭

✨ A pinch-me moment ✨

I've always struggled with confidence and believing in myself.

I've battled imposter syndrome for years — and if I'm honest, I still do. That little voice that makes you question whether you're good enough never completely disappears.

What I have always done, though, is embrace progress and invest in my development as a dental hygienist.

🔹 Direct Access
🔹 2017 S3 Guidelines
🔹 Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT)
🔹 Postgraduate Diploma in Periodontics

Over the past few years, I've made a significant investment in myself and my patients through the Postgraduate Diploma in Periodontics, EMS Dental UK GBT technology, Orascoptic loupes and American Eagle Instruments XP hand instruments.

I'm incredibly proud to share that I have accepted a place on the Harvard School of Dental Medicine Programme in Periodontal Excellence.

To be selected for this programme is a true honour, and one that I don't take lightly.

Sometimes the opportunities that feel furthest out of reach are the very ones worth pursuing.

Here's to continuing to learn, grow and challenge myself. ❤️

✨️ When the whitening hits just right ✨️

In the UK, teeth whitening should only be carried out by a qualified dental professional - dentist, hygienist or therapist - to protect your teeth and gums. Overusing whitening products or choosing unregulated treatments can lead to sensitivity, gum irritation, and enamel damage.

✔️ Always choose a qualified dental professional
✔️ Follow professional advice
✔️ Avoid unsafe DIY trends

💚 A brighter smile is best achieved safely and responsibly 💚
