Hi, we wanted to share Partapp Singh's story with you.
He's a bright, brave six-year-old from the West Midlands who still plays football and tag with his younger brother, despite struggling to walk for more than a few minutes and falling often after being diagnosed with Juvenile ALS linked to the extremely rare SPTLC2 variant, found in only around 40-50 children worldwide. I've donated because his family are trying to raise around £1 million to develop a bespoke ASO treatment and cover the therapies, equipment, home adaptations and travel he needs, and they're already nearly halfway there thanks to more than 10,000 donations. Both contain fluoride and should be used twice daily for continued protection. The best option depends on your teeth, preferences and the underlying cause of the sensitivity.
