We’re so excited to introduce you to the amazing people who make everything we do possible.

Introducing Jen - our bright and sunny receptionist who joined the practice in February 2024.

You will always be greeted with a smile and you will often hear her singing or laughing. Jen is a farmer’s wife with 2 gorgeous working cocker spaniels. On her days off, you will find her either on the farm with the cows or doing beauty treatments for friends and family.

First up is Penny – our Assistant Practice Manager! Penny joined the practice in August 2025 and brings 10 years of experience managing and advising GP practices. She graduated in July 2025 with a BA in Business and Management from The Open University.

Penny plays a vital role in keeping everything running smoothly, and is the first point of contact for all private patients.

In her spare time, Penny loves long, muddy dog walks, all things Harry Potter and watching American Football.
