T’s and C’s
- Appointment must be made by the 21st December
- First appointment needs to be between 1st November and 31st January
- If a new patient of ours there will be an additional fee of £18 for routine x-rays to check you are dentally stable
- If any dental treatment is needed this will need to be carried out by ourselves or your own dentist by the 31st January to then be able to proceed with the whitening with the offer
- Over 18’s only
