πͺ₯ Toothpaste: what should you actually look for?
With so many choices on the shelves, choosing toothpaste can be confusing. Whitening, charcoal, sensitive, naturalβ¦ π€
Here's what really matters:
π¦· Fluoride: Look for 1,350β1,500ppm fluoride. It's one of the most important ingredients for protecting your teeth from decay.
β¨ Whitening: Whitening toothpastes mainly help remove surface stains β they don't actually bleach your teeth.
π€ Charcoal: Don't assume charcoal means healthier. Some charcoal toothpastes don't contain fluoride, so always check the label.
πΏ Natural: Natural doesn't automatically mean better. If you choose one, make sure it contains fluoride.
π¬ Sensitive teeth? There are toothpastes specifically designed to help with sensitivity β ask our team if you're unsure which is right for you.
And the golden rule?
Don't get distracted by the fancy packaging β check the fluoride. π
πͺ₯ Brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste and you're off to a great start.
