Improving your smile does not have to involve changing what makes you "you". So often, we get patients wanting to make what they have *better*. They don't want someone else's teeth, they don't want fake looking teeth, (poor Rylan gets brought up quite a lot for a look to avoid!), they just want their teeth to be the best that they can be.

This is what we excel in at Bridgeways Dental.

Here's a recent example of a case involving orthodontic alignment (using Invisalign UK & Ireland clear aligners), tooth whitening, and edge contouring. No composite bonding, no crowns, no veneers, and certainly no trips to Turkey needed. This patient's teeth are now healthy, white, look great, and require minimal upkeep. Invisalign clear aligners corrected overlapping teeth for this patient. Once alignment was complete, we whitened the teeth and added a small composite bonding to the tip of just one incisor that had a small chip.

Sharing an interesting case today, where a patient had a "peg lateral", this is a relatively common malformation of the second tooth from the centre on the top arch, where it is smaller than usual, often conical or "peg" shaped. This leads to asymmetries of the smile including misalignment, crowding, spacing, or midline shifting. This patient wanted to improve the evenness of his smile, so we first used Invisalign clear aligners to straighten the teeth and open space around the peg tooth to match the width of the other side, followed by tooth whitening and composite bonding to restore the peg lateral naturally.
