We would like to wish all our patients a very Happy Christmas! The practice will be closing on Thursday 22nd and reopening on Tuesday 3rd January 2023. During the festive period there will be an emergency on call service, if you are an up to date, registered patient of the practice who has been seen in the last 2 years and need advice for the relief of severe pain, swelling or trauma please call the usual practice number of 01803 298032 and listen to the instructions for the dentist on call.
We look forward to seeing our patients again in 2023!

*Important announcement*

We cant believe that we have been back in the practice now for over a year. Throughout the pandemic we have done everything possible to protect our staff and patients, ensuring the practice is COVID safe whilst still providing the best care and service possible with all the government guidelines followed. However with the current COVID situation in Torbay and the nature of dentistry and the service that we provide, we feel it is not the right time to ease our safety procedures on the 19th July.

On Monday we will continue to follow our current procedures and feel at this time this is the best and safest option for staff, patients and our community.

Thank you for understanding and supporting us through this difficult time.

Just a quick update for everyone:
The Government has specified that all routine and urgent medical and dental appointments should go ahead during the current lockdown. Your routine dental appointment is important for your health.
Please call the Practice to book your appointment if you are due or if you have any dental worries.
The practice operates very strict covid secure procedures to keep all our patients and staff safe.

We are still open!
We just wanted to let you know following government guidelines the practice continues to be open during this latest lockdown. Please be assured that the practice is COVID secure and we are following all the necessary protocols and procedures. Prevention and the safety of our patients and staff is paramount. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to call and if you have an appointment booked it will stand unless you hear from us. Reception will call you ahead of your appointment to confirm and give you information about your visit.

We are very happy to be seeing our patients again and getting back to a bit of normality!

We are now fully open. If you have missed, or are due your routine examination please call Reception on 01803 298032 in office hours.

We have updated our protocols, invested in new PPE and equipment and are fully trained in cross infection. Rob and the team look forward to welcoming you all back.

DAY 3!
We are open and seeing patients again. We have adapted our protocols, have a new patient journey and are wearing a lot of PPE. However it's still the same great team delivering the best care possible. We look forward to welcoming all our patients back soon.
Please do not attend the surgery unless you have an appointment and have been pre-assessed. Please phone reception on 01803 298032 if you have a dental problem between 08.30-17.00. We will be in touch with you to book your regular appointments soon.

We just wanted to provide a quick update. The practice remains closed until we are able to obtain the correct PPE to keep our patients and staff safe. We will then get in touch with patients, prioritising emergency procedures first, before we return to providing all routine care as soon as we possibly can. Please do not attend the surgery until you have been pre assesed and told to do so. If you do have severe pain, swelling or bleeding please call the surgery on 01803 298032 leave your name and number and we will return your call.
We look forward to welcoming all our patients back very soon, but we are sure that you will understand that this has to be in a safe and organised way.

We are very pleased to hear that Dental Practices can begin to reopen from 8th June.
We have spent time over the last 10 weeks to prepare for our reopening. However it will not be a straight ‘back to normal’ return.
We have always taken the safety of our patients and staff as paramount importance and will be adopting all new procedures and PPE to ensure that this continues. Due to social distancing and new guidelines our initial capacity to see patients will be reduced. Please be patient as we prioritise your care.
PPE continues to be in short supply, and at the beginning of lockdown we donated our surplus to Torbay Hospital and Marie Curie Nurses. We have procured some PPE but we are waiting for back orders of more stock to arrive.
We are very aware that many patients have been in pain and discomfort and we will be in touch with you to offer you appointments at the end of next week. We will also be commencing our much needed routine work as soon as we possibly can.
Please only call the surgery this week if you are experiencing pain, swelling, bleeding or trauma.
Please do not attend the surgery unless you have an appointment.

NOTICE TO PATIENTS
As of MONDAY 23RD MARCH this practice has been forced to close due to the Coronavirus outbreak. ALL routine appointments are cancelled until further notice.
If you are an exsisting patient of the practice having been seen within the last 2 years and require emergency advice, please call the practice on 01803 298032 between 8.30-5.00 for advice. Please check our website and this page for further updates.

It is with sadness that as of today Monday 23rd March the practice will be closed apart from emergency treatment. We have done our best to continue in these difficult times, but we have taken the latest advice from the professionals and we want and need to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. If you do have an emergency call the usual practice number 01803 298032 and we will call you back. Things are changing daily and we will update the website, facebook and the practice answerphone where necessary. We hope all our patients keep safe and well and we hope to see you all soon.
