Whether you are a little dinosaur fan, or even a big one, there's something for everyone to get their teeth into!

Hey there dino fans how is your half term going? Its been fantastic weather here in Torquay just what the dinosaurs like. We are celebrating Mary Anning's birthday all week with our special colouring competition. A perfect way to escape the heat for a bit and check out some amazing creatures.

Colouring competition is on until the 31st of May 2026. Draw a picture of Mary Anning, her dog, and maybe some fossils and leave it with us at the end of your visit for a chance to win a starter fossil collection to be collected from Dinosaur World.

Open everyday from 11am and dog friendly.

Happy May Half Term Dino fans. It's perfect dinosaur weather out there so why not come hang out and learn about these magnificent creatures.

We are also having a drawing competition this week until Sunday the 31st of May. Draw your best pic of May Anning, her dog Trey, and some fossils to celebrate her birthday and win some fossils to start a collection.

Open everyday from 11am, Last Entry 3:30pm, Close 5pm. And remember we are dog friendly so bring the whole family.

Exciting news for our Dinosaur fans and experts! Throughout May Half Term we are celebrating the life of the legendary Mary Anning born in the month of May. Pioneering fossil hunter and collector born on the Jurassic Coast.

We are holding a colouring competition for the best drawing of Mary Anning, her dog Trey, and any fossils you wish to add.
The Winner will receive a collection of fossils to be collected from our attraction with the winning picture displayed in our fossil area.
Competition open from Saturday May 23rd to Sunday May 31st 2026.

Open everyday till September. Open 11am, Last entry 3:30pm, Close 5pm. Dog friendly so you can bring the whole family.

Hey there dino fans. Here is another film from the past you may or may not remember. Prehysteria came out in 1993 along with 2 sequels in 1994 and 1995. I remember being fascinated by this movie as a kid. Definitely a blast from the past and a possible family movie night for all you dinosaur fans (if you can find the movie).

Remember we are open everyday until September including bank holidays and half terms. Open 11am, Last Entry 3:30pm, Close 5pm.

Happy bank holiday and pirate festival weekend to everyone. Its looking like it will be a busy weekend for Torbay with the Brixham Pirate Festival and power boat races in the bay. Why not add even more excitement and come check out some rawsome dinosaurs. We are an all indoor exhibition so perfect if the weathers a bit wet.

Well the Easter holidays might be over but we are still open Everyday 7 days a week until September so if your in Torquay around the harbour why not pop in to check out loads of awesome dinosaurs.

Well we are getting near the end of the Easter holidays and its a bit wet out there today so why not come check out some dinosaurs with the last few days of your holiday.

We are open Everyday now until September including all Bank Holidays and School Holidays.

There are many different theories on what made the dinosaurs go extinct ranging from the most believed and popular one being the meteorite impact causing a ripple effect of disasters to the more obscure and weird like "aliens" 😆🦖🦕👽. We are open everyday from 11am so why not come and learn some more about the dinosaurs and check out some more theories.
