These "all on 6" full arch restorations bring together precision digital planning, titanium engineering and beautifully finished monolithic zirconia
The cases began digitally, using scan data to accurately plan the implant positions, titanium bars and final restorations. From there, each complete arch was designed in CAD and milled from a single piece of zirconia, with precisely engineered zirconia sleeves created to fit over the titanium implant bars
The titanium bars seat directly onto the implants, while the zirconia sleeves fit accurately over the bars, bringing the strength and precision of the underlying framework together with the aesthetics of a full zirconia restoration
And this is where the case really comes to life
Following milling, the restorations were professionally stained and characterised, transforming the zirconia into something far more natural and individual. Subtle variations in the gingiva create depth and realism, while the teeth have been individually detailed with natural anatomy, texture and character
Look closely and you can see the detail throughout, from the gingival contours and transitions to the individual character of each tooth
The result is a restoration that combines digital accuracy, strength, precision and exceptional aesthetics
