A closer look at a full arch All on 6 case at the try in stage

These arches have been digitally designed and milled in PMMA, allowing both the clinician and patient to assess fit, aesthetics, phonetics, and occlusion before progressing to the final restoration

For this try in, we have carefully characterised and stained the gingival areas to provide a more realistic preview of the final outcome. This stage is invaluable in helping the patient visualise their new smile with confidence, while also allowing for any refinements prior to final manufacture

Once approved, the final restoration will be a milled zirconia sleeve supported by a titanium bar, then hand finished to achieve a highly aesthetic and durable result

A great example of combining digital precision with traditional hand finishing. We are looking forward to seeing this one completed

When patients ask for realism, we take it seriously.

These are wax try ins, designed to give the patient a genuine preview of how their dentures will look and feel before final processing.

Aleksandra has carefully built up the gums and teeth to achieve natural shape, colour, and character, and has laid out the teeth as requested by the clinician, including slight distal rotation of the upper 2s and mild crowding of the lower incisors for a more natural, individual look.

This allows fine adjustments at an early stage and helps the patient feel confident and involved in the process from the very beginning.

Today has been one of those days that really lifts the whole team,
Two brilliant pieces of feedback already, and the day is not even over yet, maybe we can even make it a feedback hatrick!

The lovely message about Valerie’s dentures was sent to Alex by the dentist, but the work itself was made by another member of our team, Paul, which makes it even nicer to see everyone’s efforts being recognised across the board
