Andrew Brown Dental Ltd – Putting Planet and People before profit
We are currently supporting the University of Plymouth's citizen science project to find the South West's hidden wild honey bee colonies.
A University of Plymouth research project is asking people across Devon and Cornwall to help record wild honey bee colonies living in old trees, walls, buildings, roof spaces, and other natural or man-made cavities.
If you are out walking, gardening, working on land, visiting nature reserves, or simply spot regular honey bee activity around an old tree, wall, roofline, or outbuilding, your sighting could be really useful.
What to do:
Take a photo of the nest site from a safe distance.
Note the location, date, and any useful details.
Report it to the project.
Please do not disturb the bees or try to get too close.
You can find out more or report a sighting here:

Every sighting helps build a better picture of wild honey bee colonies in the South West. Please share this with local wildlife, gardening, conservation, walking, farming, beekeeping, and community groups who may be able to help.
