Working with the Taunton community is our favourite...especially when it comes in the form of working with children!!🥰

We recently partnered with The Magic Dentist and the wonderful children at Holy Trinity Primary School as part of their Adopt A School Programme, and what a day it was! 🎉

We believe that good oral health starts early, and more importantly, that visiting the dentist should feel fun, safe and exciting, never scary. We spent the afternoon bringing engaging, interactive dental education straight into the classroom so children can build healthy habits and a positive relationship with their dental health from the very start. 🦷💛

We even got to shout about our work on BBC Somerset Radio 🎙️, talking about why early oral health education matters and how our work is impacting Taunton!

We are so proud to be a practice that's rooted in this community, and initiatives like this are a reminder of why we love what we do. 🌟

How often should you change your toothbrush? 🪥

We'd recommend replacing it every 3–4 months, or sooner if the bristles are frayed.

Worn bristles don’t clean properly, which means more plaque left behind and less protection for your teeth and gums. If you’ve been sick, it’s also smart to swap it out to avoid reintroducing germs!
