Funds raised help contribute towards the vital work of specialist services supporting survivors to rebuild their lives and live free from abuse- a charity really important to us here at Blend.

This is more than just a Christmas evening — it’s a chance to shop, celebrate, make memories and make a difference.

STOP COOKING YOURSELF, you are not a piece of bacon!

It’s really upsetting me seeing folk post on social media about “how great their tan is” etc. Then you look at the photo and it’s a mix of pink burn and freckles! So basically a load of skin damage which could lead to skin cancer….and will 100% lead to premature aging!

I LOVE a tan as much as anyone, but religiously wear a factor 50 all over my body, not just my face / shoulders! And look at the tan!

For all those “I can’t tan in factor 50” have a look as this watch strap mark- yes you can!

And actually your tan will last longer as your body won’t try to shed the damage!

Just compare the top two photos to the bottom two, both had significant sun exposure, but the bottom two look how much healthier the skin is.

🌟Personal Recommendation from Dr Lucy🌟

I can honestly say the Laser Hair Removal is just THE BEST! After only 2 x sessions (a course is 8 sessions) I have gone from shaving every other day, to once a week, if that!!! It’s INCREDIBLE!

If you have had laser than hasn’t worked like this then try the brilliant machine at Blend. Not all machines are the same and cheap machines = cheap results. I am so so happy with my results and I’m not even half way!
