Our computer software has been down since yesterday and we are trying our best to get it up and running.

1) We need people to contact us for appointments that was made yesterday

2) If patients needing to chnage appointments can you please ring at a later date or drop us an email.

3) Some people may need to be rearranged if your treatment can’t be completed without the use of our software.

Our staff have been working really hard to try and allow us to see as many patients as possible, please bare with us as we try to rectify the problem.

We are now accepting new NHS children patients under the age of 14 at Grangetown family dental health centre.

Until 31 March 2023.
This covers emergency care in a primary care NHS dental practice such as pain relief or a temporary filling.

We are providing same day appointments where available for urgent treatment. Please contact our reception team @ 0191 514 1717

Due to a technical fault on the phone lines, we are unable to take any calls or card payments at the moment. We are trying our best to get it up and running as soon as we can.
In the meantime, if you need us , please feel free to come to the practice.
After 6 o’clock if you have an emergency which you think can not be left till tomorrow, please ring 111 for advice.

Recently Anna and Wendy from our Engagement Team went along to the Let's Talk SARA - Southwick family event to get feedback from the children there about their latest visit to their dentist or doctors.
