We have chosen to help a local food bank who are in desperate need of the following items:

• Tins of food
• Tins of vegetables
• Tins of fruit
• Pasta
• Long life milk/juice
• Jars of coffee
• Tea bags
• Sauce jars

RACE FOR LIFE 🩷

Kay, one of our dental hygienists and Grace, one of our dental nurses are running the 5k Pretty Muddy Race for Life to raise money for Cancer Research.

1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with Cancer in their lifetime - the money raised will go towards groundbreaking work to try and find treatment/cure to this horrible condition.

How long do you brush for? 🪥

It is recommended that you brush for 2-3 minutes

Children need to be helped or supervised brushing their teeth until they’re at least 7 years old

Don’t rinse your mouth immediately after brushing, as it’ll wash away the concentrated fluoride in the remaining toothpaste🦷
