Brushing effectively is all about angle, control, and not rushing the process 🪥
To clean properly, stay relaxed and take your time—don’t rush. Whether seated or standing, what matters most is how you move the brush.
For example, when cleaning the lower front teeth:
* Start by placing the brush perpendicular to the teeth
* Then gently tilt it slightly to the left
* Then slightly to the right
This small movement helps the bristles reach the natural curves of the teeth, especially the areas that are often missed.
These contact points between teeth are some of the hardest areas to clean—and even floss may not always fully reach them—so proper brushing technique is essential 🦷
The goal is not force, but precision and gentle coverage of all surfaces.
