This patient came to us with two main concerns. A dark upper front tooth and generalised crowding, particularly affecting his lower front teeth.

After a full assessment, we discovered that the dark tooth had actually died off, which was responsible for the gradual change in colour.

We created a carefully planned treatment journey to improve both the health and appearance of his smile:

🦷 Hygiene treatment to improve his overall dental health
🦷 Root canal treatment to save and treat the dark front tooth
🦷 6 months of clear aligners to straighten the upper and lower teeth
✨ Professional home tooth whitening to brighten the overall smile
✨ Internal whitening of the previously dark tooth to help it blend naturally with the surrounding teeth

The result is a healthier, straighter and brighter smile, with the once dark front tooth now beautifully matching the rest of his teeth.

✨ A Complex Case. A Life Changing Result. ✨

This wonderful patient travelled all the way from the Isle of Wight after being referred to us. Years of dental anxiety had left her with multiple failing restorations, missing teeth, and a smile she no longer felt comfortable sharing.

Together, we created a carefully planned treatment journey, taking one step at a time to rebuild both her oral health and her confidence.

Over a series of appointments we:

🦷 Improved and stabilised her gum health
🦷 Restored and strengthened the back teeth
🦷 Removed failing restorations from the front teeth and replaced them with handcrafted composite bonded veneers
🦷 Closed the front gap with a bespoke ceramic adhesive bridge, conservatively bonded to the neighbouring tooth
🦷 Restored the missing back teeth with a removable denture to bring back comfort, function, and confidence when eating

The result is a healthy, natural looking smile that allows her to eat, speak, and smile with confidence once again.
