✨ Creating Balance Through Minimal Dentistry ✨

This patient wanted to improve the appearance of his smile but keep the result looking completely natural.

His main concerns were crowding and the proportions of his front teeth. His upper central incisors were very dominant, while his lateral incisors (side teeth) were naturally much smaller, creating a tooth size discrepancy and an unbalanced smile.

Rather than relying on one treatment alone, we combined a number of minimally invasive techniques to achieve the best result:

✨ Invisalign to straighten and align the teeth (4 months)
✨ Professional tooth whitening to brighten his smile
✨ 2 composite bonded veneers to improve the proportions of the lateral incisors
✨ Minor tooth recontouring to refine the final shape and symmetry

The result is a brighter, straighter and more harmonious smile that looks natural and complements her features beautifully.

✨ One of Our Most Rewarding Transformations ✨

This was a truly special case and a reminder of how life changing dentistry can be.

This patient had neglected her teeth for many years and, by the time she came to see us, at the top she only had her front 6 teeth remaining. Eating had become increasingly difficult and the strain on her remaining teeth had led to further breakdown over time.

Having recently moved to the UK, she was also feeling very self conscious about her smile, particularly when attending her English classes and meeting new people.

Our first priority was to restore comfort, function, and confidence.

Over the course of 4 months, we:

🦷 Carried out hygiene treatment and stabilisation of the lower teeth
🦷 Repaired and restored existing lower bridgework
🦷 Rebuilt the upper front teeth using natural age-appropriate composite bonding to provide an mid-long term solution to restore the wear, the bite and aesthetics.
🦷 Replaced upper missing back teeth with a chrome denture to give her a complete smile again

The result is a smile that not only looks healthier but allows her to eat, speak, and socialise with confidence once more.

Seeing the difference this treatment has made to her quality of life has been incredibly rewarding for our whole team.

This lovely patient had always felt self conscious about her smile. Her main concerns were the small size of her teeth and the spaces around her upper canine teeth, which often made her hide her smile in photos.

In some cases, orthodontics or clear aligners such as Invisalign or Spark can be used to close spaces. However, because the underlying issue was a tooth size discrepancy, straightening alone would not have fully achieved the result she was looking for.
