I’ll admit it: I wasn’t convinced by bulk fill composites before I did the course, but I’m officially a convert.
Previously, I was a bit skeptical about moving away from traditional layering, but the shift has been a total game-changer for my daily workflow. The ease of use and the reduced chance of voids make the whole process so much more predictable.
For me, predictability equals longevity. When I can trust the adaptation and the polymerization every single time, I know I’m giving my patients a result that’s built to last.
The improved workflow and excellent aesthetics? Tick, tick, and a massive tick. It’s been a win for me and a win for more consistent results for my patients.
If you’re on the fence about making the switch or taking the course, it’s time to jump off! 🦷✨

Our lovely dental nurse, Catherine has taken on a challenge to raise money for the MND Association.

“In 6 weeks, I will be running The Big Half Marathon in London to raise money for the MND Association

For too long, the story of MND has been the same, but we’re fighting back 💪

Money raised will directly support people affected by MND, funding vital research, care, and campaigning.

By simply placing them in your bright blue recycling bag, you can help reduce plastic waste from being thrown in the bin.
To help with the recycling process, please make sure to squeeze as much out of them as possible, that way we’re just left with the plastic.
Check that your toothpaste tubes are made from recyclable materials. Most toothpaste tubes are, but it’s always good to double-check – look for the 'Recycle' symbol.
