What our patients say…..

There’s nothing quite like hearing that we’ve made a difference to someone’s experience of visiting the dentist. 🦷🤍

A huge thank you to our lovely patient for taking the time to share their feedback. It really does mean the world to our team, and we’re so grateful for every kind word and bit of support.

We know that visiting the dentist can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when it comes to bright lights, sounds and unfamiliar sensations.

That’s why we’re pleased to offer a Sensory Box for our patients to use during their visit 💙

It includes:
😎 Dark glasses to help with bright lights
🧸 A weighted blanket for extra comfort and reassurance
🎧 Ear defenders to help reduce surrounding noise

If you think any of these could help you or your child feel more comfortable during your appointment, please just let a member of our team know. We’re always happy to help make your visit as calm and comfortable as possible. 🦷✨

Your comfort matters to us.

🎉 A huge congratulations to our amazing dental nurses! 🎉

We are incredibly proud to celebrate the achievement of two of our wonderful nurses, who have successfully completed their sedation training and are now fully qualified Sedation Dental Nurses! 👏🦷✨

Their hard work, dedication, and commitment to providing the highest standard of patient care have truly paid off. This qualification means we can continue to offer safe, compassionate sedation services, helping even more patients feel comfortable and confident during their treatment.

Accessibility matters to us. 💙

After speaking with some of our wheelchair users, they suggested that having a doorbell at the entrance would make arriving at the practice easier and more accessible.

We’ve listened and are pleased to say we’ve now installed one. If you need any assistance when you arrive, simply ring the bell and a member of our team will come out to help you.

Thank you to everyone who shares feedback with us, your suggestions help us continue to make our practice more welcoming and accessible for all. ♿️✨
