*** TRAINEE DENTAL NURSE WANTED***
We are delighted to be able to offer a trainee dental nurse position at TK Barr Dental Care. The position would ideally suit someone looking for a full time, 12 month apprenticeship.
As a trainee dental nurse you will develop your dental knowledge and skills by learning "on the job", giving you first hand experience and exposure to all aspects of dentistry. You will be mentored closely by your fully qualified dental nurse colleagues and support will be provided by highly experienced clinicians. In addition, you will be enrolled on a distance learning programme which will teach you the theoretical aspects of being a dental nurse. Following successful completion of your training and examinations, you will be become a fully qualified GDC registered dental nurse. A permanent role may be considered within the practice depending on your performance throughout the training period.
** MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS **
National 5 passes in the following:
- English, Mathematics and a science subject
** PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS**
- Higher passes in the following:
- English, Mathematics and a science subject
It is important to note that this position requires strong communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work as part of our team.
