🦷✨ MEET IAN GORDON ✨

This week, we’re introducing Ian Gordon, the founder of Vitality Dental Care, who brings over 40 years of experience in dentistry to the team. 👋

Since founding Vitality in 2008, Ian has continued to provide clinical care while also taking on leadership roles within the wider Riverdale Group and supporting the development of the dental profession locally and nationally.

Outside of dentistry, Ian enjoys walking, travelling and spending time with family and friends, including his three young grandchildren. And with a young Labrador to keep him active, those early morning walks are never far away! 🐾✈️🏡

We’re incredibly proud to have Ian at the heart of Vitality Dental Care.

🪥 Monday Dental Tip!

When was the last time you changed your toothbrush? 👀

Your toothbrush should be replaced every 3–4 months, or sooner if the bristles become worn. A fresh toothbrush helps keep plaque under control and supports a healthy smile.

It’s a small change, but an important part of your everyday dental routine. ✨

Have you changed yours recently? Let us know below! 👇
