Whilst these features have undergone extensive testing, we would be grateful for your patience if you find any quirks in the system. We welcome your feedback as you continue to use these advanced features .
Finally, the fact is, as a business, we aren’t immune to the times we’re living in right now. The pandemic hit us particularly hard as we were forced to close for a couple of months, materials have gone up in price many fold, interest rates are increasing and there has been a wage increase too. Now, we’re faced with ever-increasing energy costs and dental practices – with our state of the art chairs, CT Scan machines, Xrays, Compressors, Suction Pumps and other equipment – use a significant amount of energy.
We’ve been able to shoulder the cost increases up until this point, and to shield our customers as much as possible. Sadly, we cannot shoulder all our rising costs any longer, and we will be increasing the private treatment fees as well as our annual membership plan cost to £13.75 per month from May 1st, 2022.
Of course, even with the price increase, we offer excellent value for money and remain one of the most cost effective private dental practitioners across the region.
You do not need to do anything, as your payment for the membership plan will continue as normal at the new monthly fee. We value your continued loyalty during 2022.
