A lovely result for this patient who complained of chipping to her upper front teeth. This result was achieved using no prep emax veneers and some composite bonding on the canines . No prep veneers mean absolutely no damage to the tooth underneath!

New guidelines on NHS treatment intervals will see many patients only recalled every two years and only the most high need will be seen any more than once a year.

The Bishopton Lane Dental Plan creates an affordable way to be seen as often as you want and being a part of the plan still offers treatment via NHS.

We have three levels of membership, designed for an annual check up and scale and polish, 3 monthly appointments or a comprahensive package to cover all your dental needs. Discounts on other treatments are also available subject to your chosen plan level.

This is Ana our new apprentice dental nurse.

She's already settling in well and becoming part of the Bishopton Lane Dental Practice family.

We're really proud of our heritage in training the new generation of nurses.

This is Sam, our new Hygienist.

She qualified locally at Teesside after spending many years in Dental Nursing.

We're looking to book up her days, Thursdays and Fridays, so we're offering a complimentary oral health assessment, normally £75, with every scale and polish with her. Great value for £80.

This is open to new and existing patients, so give us a call to book in. Please note that we take a 50% deposit on booking.

It’s 2026, surely everyone knows that from as soon as children have teeth, they need to be brushed twice a day!
Limit sugar and fizzy drink exposure!
Most of this is entirely preventable.
It is a shame they don’t transfer the incredible cost of hospital admissions for children with dental issues to the dental contracts

"We cannot go on without a properly funded, functioning NHS dental service that gives children access to prevention and treatment before their problems become emergencies," warns Eddie Crouch.

"Both children and taxpayers are paying the price for the lack of political will to fix NHS dentistry."

Hygienist apps available tomorrow 12 o clock , 2.30 pm and 3.45 pm . These could be for existing NHS patients due an examination or hygienist appointment or new/ existing private patients who would like a scale and polish or an airflow !
