🦷 September 2026 – Wasted Time Matters

In September, 1,160 minutes (19 hours 20 minutes) of NHS dental time were lost because patients didn’t attend their appointments.

That’s valuable clinical time that could have been used to see 20+ patients who are waiting for care.

💙 If you can’t make your appointment, please let us know with at least 24 hours’ notice. This gives us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another patient.

Together, we can reduce wasted appointments, make better use of NHS resources and help keep waiting times down.

Respect NHS time. Respect our community. 🦷💙

🎉 Congratulations, Sophie! 🎉

We’re so proud to share that Sophie has officially passed her Oral Health Education qualification! 🦷✨

Sophie is now able to work with school children and families, helping to promote good oral health habits and make looking after those little smiles fun, engaging and easy to understand. 🪥💙

She already showed us just how fantastic she is at this during our recent Kids Day, where she did an amazing job engaging with the children and sharing important oral health messages. 🌟

We’re now looking forward to seeing Sophie put her skills into action again as she hosts our Halloween Kids Day! 🎃👻🦷

Well done, Sophie — we’re incredibly proud of you! 👏💙
