Implant crown fit step by step 🦷⤵️
Photo 1 - The finished product. The implant crown has been fitted and the access hole filled with composite as this is a screw retained implant crown. Giving the dentist easy access to take the crown on and off if needed.
Photo 2 - The crown before the access hole is covered. Giving the dentist access with their implant driver to torque the crown into place.
Photo 3 - The dental implant in the bone after the healing cap is removed. The reason that it’s green is that the implants are colour coded for each size.
Photo 4 - The healing abutment. This is what is in place during the healing phase of the implant. This is removed once the implant is fully healed in the bone and the restoration is ready to be fitted.
