🎓 BOC 2026 – Celebrating research, recognition & orthodontic excellence! ✨

What a proud moment for our team at the British Orthodontic Conference (BOC)!

👏 Professor Nicky Mandall and the Northcroft Lecture

Our esteemed colleague and peer, Nicky Mandall, delivered the prestigious Northcroft Lecture – one of the highlights of the conference and, incredibly, the most attended lecture across the three days!

We were especially proud to be mentioned, having contributed to research at Heaton Mersey Orthodontic Centre under Nicky’s leadership. A fantastic recognition of the importance of collaboration in advancing orthodontic knowledge and patient care. 🦷

🌟 Celebrating Dr Usmani’s research

A huge shout-out to Dr Tazeen Usmani for her own outstanding research contribution. Her work continues to be widely recognised, read and cited by postgraduate orthodontic students – a wonderful testament to its lasting impact on the profession!

We’re incredibly proud to see the research and dedication of our colleagues helping to shape the future of orthodontics. ❤️

Danielle spent years feeling self-conscious about her smile before deciding it was time to make a change.

After researching her options, she chose Heaton Mersey Orthodontic Centre and found reassurance in having everything clearly explained from the start, including her treatment plan, timeline and costs.

Now, she says the biggest difference is her confidence, particularly when meeting new people. Her advice to anyone considering treatment? Be patient with the process and trust the journey. Her only regret is not starting sooner. 💙

📚✨ Continuing to learn, connect & grow!

Dr Bhatti and Dr Usmani recently attended the British Orthodontic Conference (BOC) Annual Meeting 2026 in Brighton.

It was a fantastic opportunity to catch up with colleagues and friends from across the orthodontic community, share experiences and, most importantly, continue their learning and keep up to date with the latest developments in orthodontics. 🦷✨

We’re always committed to bringing the very best knowledge, techniques and care to our patients here at HMOC. 😁
