🚭 STOPTober is here! 🚭
Thinking about quitting smoking? October is the perfect time to take that first step. 💪✨
Smoking can have a big impact on your oral health, increasing your risk of gum disease, tooth staining, tooth loss and oral cancer.
The good news? It’s never too late to quit. ❤️
Quitting can help protect your smile, improve your oral health and reduce your risk of serious health problems.
🦷 Speak to your dentist or healthcare professional for support, and make this October the month you put your health first.
Quit smoking. Protect your smile. Protect your health. 🚭✨

If you’ve been following our Missing Balloon Dog saga… we have some very exciting news! 🥹💚

After our blue balloon dog was sadly stolen from the practice, two new balloon dog friends have mysteriously arrived at SK Eight Dental, and completely anonymously! 🐕

We have a feeling this incredibly kind gesture may have come from one of our lovely patients, but we have absolutely no idea who our mystery donator is! 🥰

To whoever sent them- THANK YOU!❤️
You have put a huge smile on all of our faces ✨

We’d love to know who you are, so if these were from you… please come forward and let us give you the thank you that you deserve! 🥹🐶

🦷 MYTH vs FACT: Does sugar-free mean damage-free?

Think sugar-free or diet fizzy drinks are harmless for your teeth? Think again! 👀

Fizzy drinks can be highly acidic, and those acids can contribute to tooth erosion and enamel wear, even when they contain no sugar😩

Water is always the best choice for your teeth. If you do have a fizzy drink, try to have it with a meal and avoid sipping it throughout the day.

If you have any questions about the health of your teeth, get in touch and we can book you an appointment 💚
