Did you know? It’s not just how much sugar you eat -it’s how often you have it that matters for your teeth!

Every time we eat or drink something sugary our teeth are "attacked. Frequent snacking and sipping sugary drinks throughout the day increase the risk of tooth decay.

To protect your smile
*Keep sugary treats to mealtimes
*Choose water between meals
*Brush twice daily with fluoride toothpaste
*Visit your dentist regularly

Due to high demand, we no longer have an NHS waiting list in place for adult NHS patients however we can book Under 18s.
We can offer an appointment for check ups or emergencies for £50.00 inclusive of intraoral radiographs.
