Another fun case, this patient had metal maryland bridges to replace congenitally missing teeth however the greyness was really showing through.
I order to get a natural result we needed to whiten the teeth ,recontour the canines and then place closely shade matched zirconia bridges that would be more discrete.

Morphology is key, wouldn’t you agree? These old silver fillings look horrible but with a bit of tender loving care, where have they gone?
Not only do the composites follow the original shape of the teeth, the patient loves how she bites. More comfortable and harmonious with the opposing jaw.
She’s now had all her amalgam metal fillings removed and wished that she replaced them sooner.
