Yesterday afternoon, our team at Winsover Dental Care - Spalding took part in an important CPR and emergency response training session. 🩺🚑

It was a fantastic opportunity for everyone to refresh their lifesaving skills, work together as a team, and ensure we are fully prepared to provide the safest possible care for our patients and community.

We would like to inform you of an important change to our appointment reminder system, effective immediately.

Due to increasing costs, continuing to send appointment reminders via text message (SMS) is unfortunately no longer financially sustainable for our practice. As a result, we will now be using email reminders only for appointments and important updates.

👉 What you need to do:
Please ensure we have your up-to-date email address on file.

We would also like to remind patients of our Failed To Attend (FTA) policy:
Patients who miss 2 appointments within a 2-year period may no longer be offered further appointments under NHS services.
Please note that a missed appointment includes cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.

We understand these changes may take some adjustment and appreciate your cooperation in helping us reduce missed appointments and manage resources effectively.
